Balsam Dar Al-Shifaa Pharmacy is a fundamental pillar of the hospital’s health care system, as no medical treatment session is completed without passing through the pharmacy, as it is the responsibility of pharmacists to provide various pharmaceutical services to inpatients and reviewers.

There are many services provided by the pharmacy, these services include providing medicines, storing and dispensing them under the concept of pharmaceutical care, which includes the follow-up of patients’ medicines, drug interactions, education and drug awareness, & the method of use and preparation. Also, it is responsible for providing the necessary drug information to the medical staff to ensure that the goal is reached, which is the patients’ recovery as soon as possible.

  5. Education and continuous training for the pharmacy staff, as the pharmacy has qualified pharmacists with experience and high competence.
  6. Work to implement quality programs and follow up the development of pharmacy services.
